Commission TOS
⭐ PLACING ORDERS ⭐
● I may be contacted via email at [email protected]
● Payment is due upfront and within 48 hours of placing an order.
● I accept 50/50 payment plans only for Live2D commission work.
● Failure to pay after the invoice is sent will result in being blacklisted.
● Payments will be completed through invoices via Paypal or Stripe.
● Art is finished between 1-30 days after payment, unless otherwise stated.
● Please check my Trello queue for all commission status related information.
● Rush orders required to be completed in 14 days or less will have an additional fee.
● Please give me at least 48 hours to see and respond back to all messages.
● I provide progress updates on specific milestones that allow edit requests.
● Rough progress sketches allow as many edits needed (within reason).
● Final progress shots allow up to 2 large free edits, with additional edits at a cost.
● Feel free to request more progress shots if needed at anytime.For all orders, you will receive a full sized .PNG file as the finished order.
This will be sent to you through VGen or by email.
⭐ COMMISSION TOS ⭐
By commissioning me, you are accepting the following statements:● You are purchasing my art ●
Meaning I will not "correct" or change my own style. Do not expect me to copy another artist's style; please respect them by commissioning and supporting them instead! Likewise, what you pay for is what you get; do not order an icon and expect to receive a fullbody piece.● You will not claim that you drew my art ●
You must credit me as the artist. Please provide either my username or a direct link to any one of my social media profiles. You may not add your own signature to the art unless you have purchased commercial rights to the art. You may not sell my art for profit by itself or on merchandise unless it's both discussed prior and approved.● You will pay within a timely manner ●
Failure to do so will result in your commission being dropped from my list within 48 hours. Multiple occurrences of you ignoring payment will lead to you being put on my private blacklist. If you need additional time, please discuss this with me. I am more than happy to be accommodating whenever possible as long as you're willing to communicate too!● You will not initiate a false charge back ●
You will be immediately publicly blacklisted. If you ordered art and try to unfairly refund your purchase after it is nearly finished or completed, I will reuse it to be sold to another buyer. Overall you will be voided from using the art. If you absolutely need a refund, please at least contact me first to fully discuss it.● You are limited in your own personal edits ●
You may add various photo filters (i.e. Instagram filters, photo borders, etc.), draw over, crop the image, use it as a banner, and add a background to the piece you specifically purchased as long as credit is provided. You may also use it to make merchandise for your very own personal use (stickers, shirts, pillows, etc.). Note that you may NOT sell or profit off of my artwork without prior discussion, required fees, and approval from me.● You will not use the artwork for NFT or Cryptocurrency related purposes ●
Creation and participation of NFTs with my artwork is strictly prohibited. Nothing made by me may be used in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.● You will not feed or utilize my art in any capacity to AI generators ●
You may not use AI to color in artwork, to edit my artwork, or utilize it to produce other AI generated content.
⭐ REFUND POLICY ⭐
Please note that I do not typically do full refunds. The only exception is if I haven't started on your art at all after 30 days of the order being placed OR if I personally cancel your request.Please do note, however, that if you cancel within 30 days of placing and paying for your order, I will keep 5% of what you paid. This will cover both my time and any fees. Any non-refundable payment placed down for payment plans will not be returned to you.If I started on your artwork and you decide to cancel before approving the rough initial sketch, you can only be refunded half of your payment. You will also receive the sketch that I will finish and refine for you. Sketch orders will receive only the linework while lined orders will receive a cleaned sketch with flat color. Live2D orders will only receive the finalized .PSD art for rigging.Once the rough initial sketch is approved, any sort of refund will not be eligible for your order if you decide to cancel. Instead, I will finish your order and deliver it to you. You can, instead, request up to 2 major changes to the art. Any additional changes will be charged depending on complexity.Please also note that there are some orders that are non-refundable unless I fail to deliver an update or finished piece within 30 days. These include YCHs, certain special commission slots, closed species customs, and pre-made adoptables.
